Sizykh Mikhail Aleksandrovich – Master’s student of the Department of Economics, Organization and Production Management of the Federal State Budgetary Educational Institution “East Siberian State University of Technology and Management” (Ulan-Ude, Russia).

The article examines the development of land transport corridors in the context of the new geopolitical reality. One of the priority tasks is the formation of a new configuration of the transport and logistics network and transport corridors, specifically in the eastern direction. It is noted that the international transport corridor “Russia – Mongolia – China” is a reliable and safe channel for mutually beneficial cooperation between Russia and the countries of the Asia-Pacific region, provided that the status of the international transport corridor is legally defined. We propose a strategic action plan for the formation of the transport corridor in the form of a roadmap connecting the Republic of Buryatia (Russia), Mongolia, and China. Its main elements are described: harmonization of standards, creation of a unified digital platform, and synchronization of the transport and logistics infrastructures of the three states.
Keywords: regional economy, international transport corridors, transport and logistics infrastructure, digital transformation, digital platforms.
