ASSESSMENT OF THE CURRENT STATE OF MEDICAL PERSONNEL PROVISION
IN THE HEALTHCARE SECTOR OF THE REPUBLIC OF BURYATIA

The article is devoted to the study of current trends in the staffing of the healthcare system of the Republic of Buryatia with physicians. The main quantitative and qualitative characteristics of medical personnel are analyzed, key problems and risks associated with the shortage of specialists, their age structure and territorial differentiation are identified. Special attention is paid to measures of state personnel policy aimed at attracting and retaining medical personnel in the region. Based on the analysis of statistical data and regulatory documents, conclusions are formulated about the current state and prospects for the development of the human resources potential of healthcare in the Republic of Buryatia.
